California Community Schools Implementation: Assessing Initial Growth and Progress

Based on implementation data from the CCSPP’s first two years, this brief presents six key findings. Overall, grantees are in the process of creating infrastructure to collect, analyze and use data with the school community to improve outcomes for students and families. The brief concludes with resources for framing multiple measures of community school success and tools for tracking implementation to promote learning statewide.
