The APR Data & Insights portal uses Annual Progress Report data from Year 1 (2022-2023) to Year 3 (2024-2025) to provide site- and LEA-level information on community schools implementation, including progress across the Capacity-Building Strategies, educational partner engagement, the provision of whole child and family supports, and site-level goals and actions. By making implementation data transparent and accessible, sites, districts, and partners can explore trends over time, identify strengths and areas for growth, and use evidence to inform local planning and decision-making.
