This report presents findings from the 2024–2025 Deep Dive work with Cohort 2 Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) participating in the California Community Schools Partnership Program. The Deep Dive approach examines implementation through a systems lens, from classroom practice to district leadership and regional support structures, to understand how community schools are being operationalized, strengthened, and sustained in diverse local contexts. Drawing on site engagement, learning exchanges, communities of practice, practitioner reflections, and data use cases, the report highlights key insights into how schools are building the organizational, relational, and instructional conditions necessary for meaningful transformation.
